Deposits & Cancellation

 

All bookings must be secured with a credit or debit card. When we have confirmed your booking, it means that all other enquiries, for the night(s) you have booked, will be turned away.

 

In return we ask for a full 72 hours cancellation notice from your expected time of arrival, in which case, we will refund your deposit.

 

If you cancel after this time, we will try and let the room again. If we are successful then we will refund the deposit, otherwise the cost of the first nights accommodation will be due.

 

Arrival & Departure Times

 

We prefer our guests to arrive between 4pm and 8pm, although alternative times are available by negotiation. Guests should aim to leave by 10.00am on their day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

 

Children & Pets

 

Children are welcome at Glenaldor House.

 

Sorry we do not accept pets at our guest house.
